First Course (NOT DEMOED)
This will be at each place setting so that people have something to eat as they arrive.
- Lumpia Shanghai
Filipino spring rolls served with sherry onion gastríque.
Second Course
- Pancit Molo
the Filipino version of won ton soup with chicken dumplings in brown chicken double stock garnished with scallion, sesame oil, cilantro and hard-boiled egg
Third Course
- Pancit Bihon
one of many Filipino noodle dishes; a dry noodle dish made with cornstarch noodles, cabbage, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, fish sauce, calamansi juice and shrimp.
Fourth Course
- Lechon
the pork that Anthony Bourdain said was the best he’d ever tried — pork belly roasted with the skin on until it’s pornographically crispy on steamed jasmine rice with optional liver sauce.
Fifth Course (NOT DEMOED)
There isn’t time to demo this, but everyone likes a bit of dessert.
- Mango Float
a Filipino version of tiramisu.

- $20 – Lumpia Shanghai: (Full pound bags) sampled in the appetizer course.
- $5 – Chef Teri’s Lumpia Love Sauce : (Jars ) also sampled in the appetizer course.
- $15 – Magic Garlic Bits: (Jars) used in the soup course.
